Personal and Partner Training

Our individual or partner sessions with an experienced fitness professional will keep you motivated and get you fit. We will tailor your workouts to your needs and goals. The varied workouts will boost your metabolism, confuse your muscles, and build strength and endurance.

Group Classes and Bootcamps

In addition to great personal training packages, we have phenomenal group classes that will challenge any fitness level and make you want to come back for more! All classes are offered at pay-as-you-go rates.

All of our fitness classes are designed to be challenging and fun for all ages and levels. We can modify any exercise. Also, we supply EVERYTHING! Water, towels, equipment, clean fitness mats, and tasteful, upbeat music. We stand by our slogan: we do bootcamps best!

Specialized Services
