Arlena is a high - vibing, whole food imbibing, life enthusiast who has dabbled in all forms of fitness, exercise, nutrition and health.
She comes to Bell's Bodies with a background in weight training, sports nutrition, competitive swimming, diving and gymnastics She has joined our tribe to share her passion for fitness and health with a nurturing mindset to others live out their most meaningful life possible.
Arlena is fueled by the opportunity to create an environment that will motivate and continually challenge each client in a fun and rewarding way. She weaves her own journey into the current fitness styles and offers the opportunity to find balance in the physical and mental wellbeing, vitality and wholeness.
Throughout her life, Arlena has struggled with her weight. Her triumphs over the adversities in her own life enable her to train from a place of compassion and understanding.
Arlena is CPR certified and currently working on her NASM recertification. She also plans to seek a yoga instructor certification abroad in the coming year.
