Ok - you asked for it.  Here it is.  This 14 Day Challenge gives you a full body cardio, endurance and sculpting workout and it will challenge you to push harder and show you how strong you really are.  If you can't start at 100 do 50 - if you can't do 50 do 25.  

Wherever you start - you'll finish a champion.
