LINUS BOLDEN, Trainer
Think about this...If I told you that there is something out there that you can do for yourself that only takes thirty minutes and EVERY time, you would feel accomplished and glad that you did it. Wouldn't that pique your interest? What if I told you that it would greatly reduce your stress levels and it is guaranteed to make you a happier and healthier person? Wouldn't that make you EVEN MORE curious?
"My philosophy is that whether you want to look good in a bathing suit, build muscle, or increase strength and stability, exercise is your answer. It is so important and absolutely necessary. Too often, we overlook flexibility and balance training. These aspects of fitness are imperative, especially as we get older. I want to help all of my clients achieve a quality of life that is second to none!"
Linus has always enjoyed being active. He played multiple sports throughout his youth. He played football in high school and at the collegiate level. He graduated in 1996 from Rowan University with a degree in Law and Justice but decided to pursue his calling to create impact in the fitness industry in the year 2000. Since then, Linus has armed himself with a Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine with specializations in Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise. Other notable certifications that Linus acquired are Boxing Instructor from the International Sports Conditioning Association and TRX Suspension Training Instructor.
Are you recovering from an injury? Training can help get you back to 100%, or at least to a pain free state. Do you have an athletic goal, such as preparing for a 5k or a triathlon? Strength and flexibility training will get you totally prepared.
Do you just want to feel good about yourself and know that you are doing something positive to prolong your life?
"I know that all of this is possible through exercise and I would truly be honored to help you achieve your goals!" -LB
"The POWER of exercise. It’s truly magical. I wholeheartedly believe in it's power. I am fortunate enough to do what I am truly passionate about and I feel blessed to help people strive for greatness! Exercise has the power to improve your physical strength, as well as your emotional well being. It is like FOOD for your SOUL. It may sound corny to some, but I’m sure that most of you can relate to what I’m saying."-Linus Bolden
