Teachers Timeout
Chris Bell hosts an indoor, total body circuit to accommodate our educator’s schedules. 3:45 to 4:30pm $15 (You do not HAVE to be a teacher to take the class…Weights, cardio, strength, abs combo)
Burn Baby Burn- 5:30-6:05pm This Small Group Training class is meant to make you raise your metabolic rate for the weekend! Moderate to HIGH Intensity cardio, resistance, and powerhouse abdominal work will have you feeling great for your Friday night endeavors! As low as $12! "X-Ertion Classic"- Chris' Pride and Joy!…Sledgehammers, training ropes and flippin’ tires…Oh My! Our “Junkyard Bootcamp” class is designed to bring out your inner athlete! Dexterous cardio moves, challenging resistance exercises, intense core strengthening accompanied by speed agility and balance drills.
8 -9:15am. Only $20 per class…pay as you go!!!...During the winter months we cannot be outdoors so we are performing an indoor version called "Metabolic Conditioning". Check out the video...
